Ingredients:
Bitter Gourd - 3 nos
Green chilly - 3-4 nos
Sliced Onions/Shallot - 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Oil -2 tbsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
curry leaves.
Clean and slice the bitter gourd into small pieces.Heat the oil in a pan and add Mustard,sliced green chilly,curry leaves,onion/shallot and saute well.When it is cooked well add salt and tumeric powder to it.Saute well and then add sliced bitter gourd. Dry till its cooked and turns a golden color.
Tip: Coconut slice will make the dish more tasty.
